Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy:

All resort reservations require the total payment stipulated at the moment of the issuance of the confirmation letter.
Resort reservation cancellations, requests of modifications should be made in writing to vacationtime@blissfulbeachgetaways.com
Cancellations or modifications made 60 (sixty) days or more before check-in date will receive a full (100%) refund.
Cancellations or modifications made within 59 (fifty-nine) days to 30 (thirty) days before check-in date; a 1 (one) night per person of the all-inclusive rate as cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications made withing 29 (twenty-nine) days to 7 (seven) days before check-in date; a 2 (two) nights per person of the all-inclusive rate as cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations or modifications made withing 6 (six) days before check-in date or no-shows will not be reimbursed.
In case of emergency the traveler must notify the resort at memberservices@ultimateleisureclub.com and carbon copy (ss) vacationtime@blissfulbeachgetaways.com AND send the proof of the emergency. The resort reserves the right to verify it and, in case it is applicable, would proceed to the full or partial reimbursement of the amount paid for the reservation and at its own discretion.
